Organizations and Recommended Reads about Human Trafficking

Since the focus all week has been on A Walk Across the Sun by Corban Addison that specifically brings to the reader's attention the need for work being done in the area of human trafficking, I thought I'd give you all a list of organizations here in the US that are in this fight.  In addition, I looked for the best books out there about human trafficking in case you want to read and learn more.

HumanTrafficking.org - this page has a list of organizations working in this area in just about every state with links to their websites.  If you want to help, these are places where can make a contribution.

Recommended Reads

10 Essential Human Trafficking Reads - this list contains both books and newspaper articles as well as various reports that will give you a better idea of the problem.
